L78-396ci/425hp This car is Scary fast!!!!! What was G.M thinking when they put a motor like this in a corvette!!!!! |
Other details: |
I purchased this car three years ago back in April, 2005 as a basket case. I have enjoyed the whole restoration process! It was a three year project, that I put my poor wife through hell with at times. And I give her a lot of credit for that! She put up with all the long hours I put in and the cursing in between. This car took a lot of my time as well as money, and we all know what it takes to restore a car! But it was all worth it in the long run! As I look at the end result, the finished product! I am very pleased! Also special thanks goes out to my father who was very influencial in the way my car came out, for without him. I would not be so fortunate with the outcome! A true success as far as I'm concerned! Although this car might not be an (N.C.R.S) car, I'm very proud of it just the same! Someday I would like to do a 67 convertible project. (Wishful thinking on my part I guess) But it's always good to dream! |

Car history: |
As far as I know, this car was purchased new from Deanza Chevrolet. in Riverside, California. In late February, 1965. The original owners name was Stanley Pasuik. who lived on Cedar Street. in Riverside, California. at the time! Evidently,"Stanley knew his cars! Thanks Stanley, what a car!!!!!!
